I cannot think of more important skills to learn: how to listen and be in dialogue with others. This is what Nam Pham does: he helps groups - whether communities or businesses - come together and talk. Through his expert facilitation skills, he helps those who often feel they cannot speak up find their voice, and creates a gentle yet effective learning and sharing environment.
For the 21st episode of the Repurpose Your Purpose Podcast, Nam joined me on Zoom from Vietnam to talk about how he found his voice and became a Facilitator, the importance of being in dialogue, deep listening as a practice, holding space for diverse groups of people, working with groups, and more.
Since 2013, NAM PHAM has been facilitating group processes in medium and large-scale events across diverse cultural backgrounds.
Nam hosts generative meetings that promote participatory leadership, co-creative organizational culture and community wellbeing through The Circle Way process, Art of Hosting and Visual Scribing as his core methodologies.
Nam and his team at Tròn Lành Việt Nam Network have adapted and trained The Circle Way process in Vietnamese since 2022.
You can learn more about Nam Pham on his website, follow Tròn Lành Việt Nam Network on Facebook, and explore the group’s Circle Way training on Facebook.
